Shipping to the United States

Each item at Rosalara is made to order in small batches by our workshop in Vietnam. Because of this, please allow for two stages of delivery time:

• Production time: 10–15 business days to make your order.
• International shipping: 7–20 business days for delivery to the United States, depending on your location and customs processing.

Estimated total delivery time: 17–35 business days from the date of purchase. We know this is longer than typical fast-fashion delivery — it's the trade-off for made-to-order production rather than mass-produced inventory sitting in a warehouse. We will never ship an order before it's actually ready.

Tracking

You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.

Customs, duties, and taxes

Orders shipped to the United States may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees charged once the package reaches the US. These charges are the customer's responsibility and are not included in your order total.
