Shipping to the United States

Every Rosalara piece is made to order — we don't hold mass-produced inventory sitting in a warehouse, which means less overproduction and less waste. Because of this:

• Production & dispatch: your order ships within 5 business days of purchase.
• International transit: typically 7–15 business days for delivery to the United States after your order ships, depending on your location and customs processing.

We will never ship an order before it's actually ready — you'll always know your item was made specifically for you, not pulled off a shelf.

Tracking

You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.

Customs, duties, and taxes

Like most small, made-to-order international apparel brands, Rosalara ships on a Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU) basis: any customs duties, import taxes, or clearance fees charged when your package reaches the US are the customer's responsibility and are not included in your order total. This is standard practice across the industry for brands shipping internationally, and helps us keep our prices honest rather than padding them to cover fees that may or may not apply to your country or order value.
