Size exchanges & store credit

Contact us within 14 days of delivery at ceo@khuehouse.com for a one-time size exchange or store credit, provided the item is unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

Contact us within 7 days of delivery at ceo@khuehouse.com with photos. We'll offer a full refund or replacement, including return shipping.

Final sale items

Made-to-measure/custom-sized pieces and sale items are not eligible for return except in case of damage or defect.

Return shipping

Unless the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, the customer is responsible for return shipping to Vietnam.
